McDONALD, Judge.

Following a trial by jury in the Jefferson Circuit Court, Bahrami Lee Humble was convicted of two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine). He then waived sentencing by jury and the court sentenced him to five (5) years' imprisonment on each count with the terms to run concurrently.
