HAYS, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a medical malpractice case. The trial court applied the decision in Weidrick v. Arnold, 310 Ark. 138, 835 S.W.2d 843 (1992), holding that the malpractice claim was time-barred. That holding is challenged on appeal and we affirm.
