Brooke in the criminal case of State v. Gerald D. Murray, Duval County circuit court case number 92-3708 CF, then awaiting trial before Judge Brooke. The order, entered on the morning of October 26, 1993, granted defendant Murray's motion to restrict and prevent the broadcast that evening...
