OPINION ON REMAND

LARSEN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for the offense of possession of cocaine under 28 grams. A warrantless search was conducted of Jacqueline McKer Cardwell which yielded a folded food stamp containing one-tenth of a gram of cocaine. The jury assessed punishment at 7 years' imprisonment. We reverse.
