This appeal involves the statutory immunity defense afforded a professional employee of a Texas school district pursuant to TEX. EDUC.CODE ANN. § 21.912(b) (Vernon 1987). Appellants, John and Criselda Doria, individually, and as parents and natural guardians of Michael Doria, brought suit against appellee, Don Stulting, a history teacher at Sinton High School, for damages the parents claim Michael suffered when Stulting removed...
