Appellant, Shannon Rochelle Foux, was convicted of the felony offense of murder following a jury trial on the merits. Appellant was indicted for the offense of murder. The indictment alleged that on or about May 20, 1992, in Orange County, the appellant did then and there intentionally and knowingly cause the death of an individual, Cathy Orlando, by shooting the said Cathy with a firearm.
