Appellant Joseph Bond was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve one year in the county jail and a fine of $1,000.00 on the possession of a controlled substance conviction and to serve four years in the Arkansas Department of Correction and a fine of $5,000.00 on the possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia conviction.
