BLEIL, Justice.

In this trade name infringement action, tried without a jury, the trial court granted a permanent injunction against Richard Thompson. Richard Thompson contends on appeal that the injunction is vague or too broad; the trial court erred in concluding that the name "Thompson Air Conditioning and Heating" was entitled to protection; there is no evidence to support the trial court's findings of a likelihood of confusion between the name...
