PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Gabriel Hill (Hill), appeals the summary denial of his Rule 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Hill was indicted on two counts of armed robbery and five counts of armed kidnapping. In exchange for his guilty plea, Hill accepted the State's offer of a ten year sentence with a three year minimum mandatory.
