Chuck Stock brought this action against Share, United Behavioral Systems ("UBS"), and Dr. William Ford, seeking benefits for his alcohol-dependency treatment as well as declaratory, injunctive, and other remedial relief. The district court1 denied all of his claims. We affirm.
