DUDLEY, Justice.

Carl Wilburn, appellant, and Malone Burns were jointly charged with aggravated robbery of the Super 8 Motel in Batesville. Appellant filed a motion for severance, which was granted, and the two men were tried separately. The jury found appellant guilty and fixed his sentence, as a habitual offender, at fifty years. We affirm the judgment of conviction.
