On June 8, 1989, David Steinfeld (David) was adjudicated a disabled adult by the probate division of the circuit court of Cook County pursuant to the Probate Act of 1975 (the Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 110½, par. 11a-1 et seq.).
