Ronald J. McAllister ("McAllister") was indicted on one count of manufacturing marijuana and one count of possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The defendant moved to suppress the marijuana seized pursuant to a search warrant, and sought an evidentiary hearing challenging the warrant affidavit under Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154, 98 S.Ct. 2674...
