STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This is an appeal from an order of the St. Joseph Superior Court granting summary judgment in favor of the Defendants-Appellees and against the Plaintiff-Appellant. We reverse and remand.

ISSUE

The issue for our consideration is whether the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment for the Defendants-Appellees because the Plaintiff-Appellant knowingly incurred the risk of her injuries...
