In May 1984 while working for Siouxland Wall and Ceiling, Chris Poula fell from scaffolding. A day or two after the accident, Poula began suffering back pain. Subsequent medical examinations revealed Poula suffered a low back injury arising out of the accident. The injury required back surgery.
