The defendant, Affiliated FM Insurance Company ("Affiliated"), appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Stephens Enterprises ("Stephens"), on a two-count complaint alleging breach of contract and bad faith. The jury awarded compensatory damages of $200,000 on the breach of contract claim; that award has been paid and is not a subject of this appeal.
