LANDAU, Judge.

In this proceeding to vacate an adoption decree, the putative father (father) appeals from a judgment entered after the trial court granted summary judgment for the adoptive parents. We affirm.

On August 2, 1991, mother gave birth to a child in Oregon. Both mother and father resided in California when the child was conceived. Sometime before August, 1991, mother had moved to Oregon without telling father where she would be. Father unsuccessfully...
