OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

After a jury found appellant, Cynthia Annette Spears, guilty of fraudulent use of a debit-credit card, the trial court assessed punishment at three-years confinement. We affirm.

In her sole point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred in overruling her Batson1 motion. To invoke the protections of Batson, the defendant must first raise an inference of purposeful discrimination...
