Marion N. and Frank L. Crowder petitioned the court for declaratory judgment and sued Benchmark Bank for wrongful foreclosure and breach of contract. The Crowders appeal the trial court's grant of Benchmark's summary judgment motion and denial of their summary judgment motion.
