Appellee, Richard Huddleston, sued his escrow real estate agent, NRC, Inc. d/b/a National Realty ("NRC"), for deceptive trade practices ("DTPA"), breach of warranty, and breach of fiduciary duty in conjunction with a real estate transaction. A jury returned a verdict for Huddleston for actual and punitive damages.
