CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Gary Burleson appeals from a district court judgment declaring him the father of a son born to Mary Martin and ordering him to pay child support.

Burleson contends that the district court improperly limited cross-examination, that a paternity test should not have been admitted in evidence, that the trial judge improperly commented on the evidence, and that the child support is supported by legally insufficient evidence...
