Charlie C. Davis, until recently a school custodian, appeals a final order of the School Board of Gadsden County, which awarded him back wages, but refused him reinstatement and denied his request for attorney's fees and costs. We affirm the School Board's order insofar as it determined that, because Mr. Davis was falsely accused, he was wrongly deprived of the opportunity to finish out the term of his 1991-1992 contract.
