Randall Ohrt, Linda Uthoff and Sandra Evans are the son and daughters of Donald and Margaret Ohrt. Margaret, who died in 1986, and Donald, who died in 1990, each had wills that granted Randall an option to buy farm real estate. Although there are other issues, the prime ones stem from these options. The facts can be more appropriately detailed in discussions of the issues that follow.
