He was charged with first degree official misconduct, ORS 162.415(1), and harassment, ORS 166.065, arising out of his requests that a 24-year old woman have sexual relations with him, along with other comments and actions of a sexual nature.1 The events in question took place, at least in substantial part, while defendant was on duty.
