Roy B. Taylor Sales, Inc., a dealer of hamburger patty machines and patty paper, sues its supplier, Hollymatic Corporation, a manufacturer of patty products. Taylor alleges that Hollymatic violated the antitrust laws by requiring Taylor to purchase patty paper as a condition to purchasing patty machines. A Texas jury found that Hollymatic illegally tied the products in violation of § 1 of the Sherman Act
