COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted John C. Salvador of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and of conspiring to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and § 846. Salvador's probation officer concluded that the defendant demonstrated an acceptance of responsibility for his offenses, however, he reached this conclusion by failing to give credence to the Sentencing Guidelines...
