This appeal in a patent infringement case is from the August 18, 1993, Order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division, granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment of infringement under the doctrine of equivalents and also holding that there has been no literal infringement of plaintiff's patent.
