Everett D. Seacott pled guilty to one count of willfully misapplying bank funds in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 657. Pursuant to the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G." or "Guidelines"), the district court ruled that the sentencing range applicable to Seacott was 15-21 months of imprisonment.
