On February 14 and 15, 1994, this Court conducted a bench trial on plaintiff's wrongful termination claim. Plaintiff asserts pregnancy discrimination and religious discrimination claims.1 Defendant argues that plaintiff was fired for poor job performance; specifically, the failure to keep complimentary coffee urns full.
