OPINION

OLIVER-PARROTT, Justice.

We are asked to decide whether the trial court rendered judgment after an oral nonsuit with prejudice. We hold the trial court did not render judgment and therefore the appellants are not prohibited from withdrawing their consent to a nonsuit with prejudice.
