Arnold Helgerson, Jr. sued his former employer, respondent Bridon Cordage, Inc., claiming respondent discriminated against him based on his disability with respect to the terms, conditions, and privileges of employment, in violation of Minn.Stat. § 363.03, subd. 1(2)(c) (1986).
