Plaintiff brings this appeal from a jury verdict absolving the defendants from liability and dismissing plaintiff's case. Plaintiff, Donald Depp, filed this action for damages sustained in a trip and fall on his property in April, 1989. Made defendants in the action were Louisiana Power and Light (LP & L) and Highline Construction Company (Highline).
