Paul Martin McCarty was convicted by jury of two counts of bank robbery and one count of use of a firearm during a bank robbery. He was sentenced to serve a 175-month concurrent term of imprisonment on each of the bank robbery counts, and to serve a consecutive term of 60 months on the firearm offense, for a total of 235 months imprisonment.
