In one point of error, appellant David Eugene Robertson challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his conviction of the offense of criminal mischief, enhanced by prior felony convictions1 to a second degree felony. The trial court assessed punishment at twenty-five (25) years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
