This is an appeal from a judgment denying plaintiff's claim for workers' compensation benefits. Plaintiff, Ezra L. Wiley, was employed by defendant, Tullos Construction Company, as a lineman. The parties stipulated that plaintiff was injured in a work related accident on January 23, 1989. Defendant paid workers' compensation benefits through May 8, 1990.
