Originally, he pled not guilty but subsequently changed his plea to guilty under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), reserving his right to seek review on appeal of the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence. Defendant was sentenced to five years at hard labor...
