This case is appealed from the Chancery Court of Hinds County, First Judicial District. Following a two-day trial on January 14-15, 1992, the chancellor awarded Carolyn Tate Grogan a divorce from her husband, Ronald E. Grogan, on the ground of uncondoned adultery.
