This court indefinitely suspended Emanuel A. Serstock on December 2, 1988 from the practice of law for a minimum period of two years for misconduct arising out of a conflict of interest between Serstock's personal interests and his public duty as chief deputy city attorney for the Criminal Division of the Minneapolis City Attorney's Office; and for Serstock's failure to timely file individual income tax returns for tax years 1983, 1984, 1985 and 1986...
