This is an appeal by the State from the trial court's order granting defendant-appellee Wanda A. Holloway's motion for new trial. Tex.Code Crim.Proc.Ann. art. 44.01(a)(3) (Vernon Supp.1994). A jury found Holloway guilty of solicitation of capital murder and assessed her punishment at 15-years confinement and a $10,000 fine.
