TERNUS, Justice.

The juvenile court ordered C.S., a child in need of assistance, to be placed in a treatment facility in Colorado that charged $360 per day. We must decide whether the juvenile court had authority to order placement in this facility when certain statutory and administrative provisions restrict the funding available for such a placement. We conclude that the legislature has validly limited the juvenile court's ability to order such a placement. Therefore...
