First Federal Savings Bank of Brunswick brought these actions at law alleging title defects in two condominium deeds and claiming Stewart Title Guaranty Company had breached mortgagee title insurance contracts by failing to pay First Federal the face amounts reflected in the mortgagee title insurance policies.
