CRAIN, Judge.

Michael David Guidry was charged by bill of information with simple arson, a violation of La.R.S. 14:52(A). He filed a motion to suppress confession, which the court denied. Defendant then pled guilty, reserving his right to appeal the court's denial of the motion. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584, 586 (La.1976). The court sentenced him to serve a term of two and one-half years imprisonment at hard labor....
