JOHNSON v. STATE

No. 92-2495.

632 So.2d 734 (1994)

Robert JOHNSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

March 9, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Allen J. DeWeese, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Joan L. Greenberg, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the order of revocation of probation but remand with directions that the order be amended and corrected to delete reference to the June 16, 1992, amended affidavit of violation of probation. The state concedes that the order is based solely on the initial affidavit of violation of probation.
