Appellant William Frazier ("Frazier") appeals the district court's order revoking his supervised release. Frazier contends that the district court erred in its determination that he violated the conditions of his supervised release. Specifically, Frazier argues that the Federal Rules of Evidence apply to supervised release revocation hearings, and thus he contests the admission and consideration of hearsay testimony at his revocation hearing...
