SUMMERS, Justice:

Joseph Edward McConnel was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1968. He practiced law in Oklahoma City until 1985 when he pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of using information for a purpose other than the preparation of tax forms. These guilty pleas were the result of a lengthy investigation by the Internal Revenue Service, and apparently represented only a portion of the violations charged...
