Clayton W. Calvert, Jr. and Francine M. Calvert (Calverts), appellees and plaintiffs below, obtained a permanent injunction against James S. McDaniel, and wife Mary Alice McDaniel, and Charles Ralph McDaniel (McDaniels), appellants and defendants below, enjoining them from obstructing a roadway easement.
