This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered against Marcy Rogers on her claims against the Dallas Morning News (the "News"); a News reporter, Olive Talley; A.H. Belo Corporation; and Dolores A. Hutcheson. In her petition, Rogers alleged, among other causes of action, a claim for libel based on twelve newspaper articles written by Talley and published by the News in 1991.
