BRYNER, Chief Judge.

Robert M. Atkinson was charged with two counts of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Atkinson was convicted by a jury of both charges. He now appeals.

On appeal, Atkinson argues that the superior court erred in failing to suppress evidence seized during a search conducted pursuant to an invalid search warrant, in refusing to disclose the juvenile records of the informant whose statements...
