This is an action to partition community property belonging to Darwin Thibodeaux, plaintiff-appellee, and his former wife, Suzette Thibodeaux, defendant-appellant. The issues on appeal concern the trial court's application of the Sims1 formula partitioning Darwin's retirement plan and its denial of Suzette's claim for reimbursement based on Darwin's alleged mismanagement of his retirement plan.
