This is a collection case that involves questions concerning personal jurisdiction under our long-arm statute, I.C. § 5-514, and under the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution. We conclude that the trial court was correct in denying defendant's motion to dismiss challenging personal jurisdiction, but should not have granted summary judgment to plaintiff, because there were genuine issues of material...
